Solve It

GCSE Maths practice, remade every time

Practice that never runs out, and never looks the same twice.

Every question is generated fresh — same topic, different numbers, every time. So "doing the paper again" actually means practising the skill again, not memorising the answer.

Built by Tom Pimlott, GCSE Maths tutor

Tom studied Maths and Statistics at the University of Portsmouth, and has spent over 10 years tutoring GCSE maths students one-to-one, alongside some classroom teaching experience. Solve It grew out of a simple frustration every tutor knows — watching a student redo the same worksheet and just remember the answers instead of actually practising the method. This is the tool he wished he'd had for his own students.

Questions parents actually ask

Is it safe for my child to use?

We collect the bare minimum — a first name, not an email or real identity. The AI tutor stays focused on the maths question in front of it, and includes a safety check that flags any message suggesting a child might be distressed, so you can see and follow up.

Will I be charged during the free trial?

No — Stripe needs a card on file to start the trial, but nothing is taken until day 7. Cancel any time before then and you won't pay anything at all.

What if my child doesn't get on with it?

Cancel any time — during the trial or afterwards. There's no minimum term and no awkward retention calls. If you cancel after being charged, you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Does it cover my child's exam board?

Questions are written in general GCSE style rather than copied from any board's actual papers, so they work across AQA, Edexcel, and OCR — the underlying maths doesn't change by board.

Can more than one of my kids use it?

Yes — each child just needs their own subscription. At £4.99/month each, two kids practising is £9.98/month total, with each getting their own login and their own progress tracking.
